To celebrate the tournament, Fairmont San Francisco will introduce two exclusive Belvedere Vodka cocktails—each inspired by the rival teams, Team World (Red) and Team Europe (Blue)—alongside a specially curated wine-by-the-glass menu from Daou Vineyards.

Team World (Red) – “The Global Rally”
Bold, vibrant, and celebratory—this cocktail unites global flavors in a sparkling Belvedere-led sour.

Team Europe (Blue) – “The Continental Smash”
Elegant, floral, and distinctly European—this Belvedere-based creation layers elderflower and violet, finished with tonic.

The cocktails will be available throughout the tournament in the Laurel Court Bar and the iconic Tonga Room & Hurricane Bar, complemented by select Daou wines by the glass.
